8. Permitted & Prohibited Member Conduct

• Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to exploit the system
• Involvement in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Found to be under 18 years of age

In the event of a suspension pending investigation, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be held until the investigation concludes. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned.

9.2 By the Member

12. Responsible Gaming
